Description - The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to seal, waterproof, and coat the interior of four (4) liftgate machinery pits at the Lockport Lock. The machinery pits are used to house cables, pulleys, hydraulic equipment t o operate the lock?s gates. Due to cracks in the concrete, when the chamber is full, multiple leaks are present, allowing water to enter the pit. Due to the nature of equipment, there is grease and hydraulic fluid on the interior surfaces of the buildings.
