Description - Description: The planned procurement is the SAAS service for the locking system for existing compartments.The National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) has 1,072 compartments to store workers' goods. The trays are located in 36 compartment grou ps, two (2) in Turku on Mustionkatu and 34 in Tilkanmäki, Helsinki.
