Description - Description: Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) wishes to conduct pre-market engagement with consultancies within the financial services sector, who may be interested in working with the CPCA on this exciting and ambitious projec t to deliver a range of net zero finance initiatives.
