Description - Description: Given the need to assess the impact of skills development on labour productivity, a more rigorous study is needed. The primary objectives of the study are to:i) Empirically investigate the impact of skills training programs on the produc tivity of firms in priority sectors in Cambodia by developing analytical framework to assess the individual return on skills and how skill impact on firm’s productivity. ii) identify the key factors that influence the effectiveness of skills training programs and to map out industry-specific skills requirements.iii) Potentially conduct the first Cambodian worker’s panel dataset that can be used for quantifying the impact of training and skill
