Description - Description: The Project will establish FHCs in ger areas of Ulaanbaatar using low carbon technology (LCT) to introduce ground source heat pump (GSHP) for the following selected 3 Family Health Centers (FHCs):- 14th khoroo Khan Uul district- 26th kho roo in Songinokhairkhan district and- 19th khoroo in Chingeltei, all of which without access to central heating systems. The Consultant assignment will perform the Employer’s supervision in accordance to the construction regulations in Mongolia and inspect each construction step whether it is being carried out as per construction drawings and regulatory and quality requirements.
