Description - Description: Scope and Purpose of Assignment: The consultancy assignment is for one External Monitoring Agent (EMA) for external monitoring of the implementation of updated LARF, LARPs (including any Addendum LARPs) , Social Due Diligence Reports, So cial Audit Reports and Corrective Actions Plans (if any) of subprojects included in the Power Transmission Strengthening Project (PTSP) on a quarterly or semiannual basis, as agreed between NTDC and EMA. Further as ADB/NTDC may advise, additional monitoring reports may also be required (during project implementation) to identify and recommend actions to address gaps in LARPs or fix any deviations from the agreed safeguard/compliance requirements
