Description - Description: This is a time-based TOR. The consulting firm will supervise construction of civil works at three Technical Training Institutes (TTI) - JVC Technical Institute, Polytechnic Institute of Koh Kong Province, and National Institute of Busine ss. The firm should have expertise in contract management and construction supervision for buildings, particularly modern high-rise and sustainable and/or green buildings. The firm must also demonstrate supervision experience in the following areas: (i) site development, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and drainage; (ii) green building and climate change resilience; and (iii) environmental and social safeguards.
