Description - Description: The Project Management Specialist will support the project manager/PMU in PPL for implementing and monitoring the project activities especially but not limited to technical aspects including the procurement, contract management, monitori ng and construction supervision as well as preparation of the project progress reports. The specialist will liaise with ADB and the CSC to supervise implementing and monitoring contractors’ work plan and quality, review the quality assurance and environmental management plans, monitor the progress of CSC and civil contracts, review the progress claims endorsed by CSC, review the change orders and extensions of time endorsed by CSC and recommend
