Description - Description: The Financial Specialist will be responsible for carrying out overall financial management and disbursement activities of the project under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and ensure that financial management and disbursement procedures are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Government of Mongolia (GOM) and ADB. The Specialist will report to the Project Coordinator, and if applicable, MUB, Ministry of Finance (MOF) and ADB.
