Description - Description: Summary Details:This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the District of Summerland (the “District”) to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposals to upgrade the present hydraulic valve irrigation system at Living M emorial Park baseball fields No. 2 & 3 to an electrical valve irrigation system. The work starts at the current main line keybox and the Contractor shall utilize existing main and lateral water lines where possible.
