Description - Description: The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude two framework agreements with two contractors with regard to lift maintenance. Lifts are present in approximately 1/3 of the buildings of the municipality of Utrecht. In total it concerns aro und 120 lifts. The lifts require periodically preventive, corrective and planned maintenance. Preventive maintenance is also a legal obligation.
