Description - Description The Department utilises the following Cisco software components in connection with its IPT environment (hereinafter referred to as “Cisco Based IPT/VOIP Systems”), Unity Connection for Voicemail, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, U nified Contact Centre Express, Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced and Cisco Expressway Cluster for B2B and MRA. The Department has Smart Software Manager subscriptions on these products in place and have a policy of upgrading to current stable releases.
