Description - Description: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a sole source requirement for Mountain Secure Systems. This is a Sole Source with Mountain Secure Systems IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Mountain Secure Systems is the only sourc e capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for the renewal. The maintenance is an annual renewable contract. When needed, the Element(TEC) HWIL Lab will contact Mountain Secure Systems for assistance with faults in the equipment.
