Description - In 2023/24 Council will be required to undertake a revaluation of its building and land assets. Council is required to capture the value of its assets in accordance to AASB13, AASB 116, and all relevant accounting standards and other prescribed requi rements to ensure accurate and reliable accounting treatment are met. The revaluation data will be uploaded into Council’s Asset Management Software (Conquest). The revaluation shall be dated as at 30 June 2024.Please refer to the RFQ document for further information.
