Description - Description This tender includes the renovation and conversion of the old boiler building at "Spritten" to "Kunsthal Spritten". The task is offered as a main contract. The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with §§ 56-57 of Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 as amended (the tendering act).The task includes environmental remediation, partial demolition, rebuilding and restoration of three connecting building sections in what used to be a boiler building for Danske Spritfabrikker on the site. Boiler halls 1 and 2 and the Workshop building from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. In addition, the task includes an extension by establishing a new gallery floor on the 4th floor
