Description - Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for KSC DHS Recorders for SETI-035 & SETI-036.  NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SPICA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION 3400 Kehala DR # 101 Kihei, Hawaii 96753-9330 United States under the authority o f FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
