Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is: - Project documentation for building permit in division and scope according to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended, Annex No. 1 or No. 4 and Act No. 283/2021 Coll., On Territorial Planning and Building Regulations (“hereinafter the“ Building Act ”), as amended, including negotiations and agrees by the Client and Parties of Administrative Proceedings.- The performance of engineering activities for the purpose of issuing a building permit, which will be made to ensure the relevant final administrative decisions for the implementation of the building (building permit) pursuant to the Building Act.
