Description - Description: The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Network Branch, seeks a contractor to collect water quality samples at the Kawishiwi River USGS gaging station located 22.5 km east of the town of Ely, Minnesota, at latitude 47°55'22'' and longitu de 91°32'06''. The contractor will send the samples and provide the gage height and water temperature data to the USGS Upper Midwest Water Science Center for processing and shipment to the USGS National Water Quality Laboratory. USGS will provide sampling equipment, sample containers, miscellaneous sampling supplies, and pay shipping expenses. The period of performance is date of award to August 31, 2026. There are four one-year option periods.
