Description - Juniper Ridge Elementary - water source heat pump replacementsThe intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the replacement of 29 water source heat pump units at Juniper Ridge Elementary, for a Stipulated Price Contrac t, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work for this project shall include, but not limited to:• Mechanical – the contractor shall provide all parts, equipment and labour to replace 29 water source heat pumps, including re/re of hydronic/duct/electric/controls connections.
