Description - The scope of work requested is to replace the existing low slope roof systems at (JGB) JACKSON GEOLOGICAL SCIENCE BUILDING with a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, fully adhered to a coverboard with insulation and vapor barrie r adhered to concrete deck areas. The scope of work also includes removal of the clay tile roof area for the installation of new insulation and waterproofing membrane. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as a part of work scope.
