Description - Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Rigaku Americas Holding, Inc. for the Rigaku Ultima III X-Ray Diffractometer and Rigaku ZSX Primus II WDXRF Spectrometer Annual Service Agreements for the period of 06/01/2024 – 05/31/2025.
