Description - Description: Project Description: The project will include Renovation of existing areas to develop and provide additional space for a Primary Care Network (PCN) hub within the Kimberley Health Centre. Primary care services will be delivered at the si te in accordance with the Ministry of Health directives and as described in the Clinical Service Model.
