Description - The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without a minimum amount and with a maxi mum amount including the paid services to the holder and the face value of the Cesu is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
