Description - Description: The initial term of the Agreement will be for one (1) year. The Agreement may be extended based on mutual consent of the Province and the Preferred Supplier for four (4) sequential one (1) -year extensions, reviewed each year. The maximu m potential duration of the Agreement, including extensions, will be five (5) years. The Province also reserves the right, at its own discretion, to renew the agreement on a month-by-month, not exceeding a period of six (6) months, in the event the Contracted Supplier declines to renew the contract.
