Description - Solicitation of services to provide; THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER ITEMS AND NON-PERSONAL SERVICES NECESSARY TO CONDUCT SURVEILLANCE AND RECERTIFICATION AUDITS TO SUPPORT WATERVLIET ARSENAL'S ISO REGISTRATION.
