Description - An invitation is extended to the suitable service providers to submit a written quotation for the following:Investigate the existing (circa 1970 to 1980 desk type) Control Panel located in the main control room of the Clermont Water Treatment Plant ( WTP) to identify the required operational controls and relocate all of the existing controls to the existing Programmable Logic Control (PLC). Upgrade the existing SCADA programming and visual controls allowing for the automation of the required operation controls, alarms and visual displays.An optional site briefing will be held at 10am 07 March 2024 at the Clermont Water Treatment Plant.Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specificat
