Description - Sources Sought IVD (Ion Vapor Deposition) Chamber The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), San Diego, CA intends to procure an upgrade to an existing Ion Vapor Deposition (IVD) chamber.
