Description - The procurement committee was appointed by the King in Cabinet on 4 November 2022, and has been tasked with reviewing the procurement regulations and making proposals for changes. The committee has been asked to propose a new overall structure for th e regulations, including the committee to assess whether a larger part of the regulations should be transposed into law.
