Description - Description KDD will procure a report that will look at some limited, concrete issues around how self-cost is calculated and practiced. The issues concern calculation interest (what the reference interest rate and mark-up should be), depreciation per iods (difference between the accounting and actual lifetime of the fixed assets) and recovery/carrying-forward period (whether the current limit of 5 years should be changed).
