Description - Description: The EU regulation adopted in June 2024 to restore nature (W-VO) is said to contribute significantly to restore functional, resilient ecosystems. Article 5 paragraph 5 of the W-VO formulates that the Member States take measures to restore in Appendix III of Regulation and the Annexes II, IV and V of Directive 92/43/EEC.
