Description - Description: The Data Governance project involves the implementation of measures to improve data management in the NBank. During the pilot phase for the areas of Finance (FIN) and Controlling (CON), important building blocks have already been impleme nted with the founding of the Financial & Risk Data Management (FRD) team and the decision to establish DG processes. In order to be able to adequately carry out corresponding tasks in the future, the use of tools and instruments is essential. As part of the project, an analysis of the requirements coverage and expandability of existing tools with a focus on data quality management and metadata management was carried out in coordination with IT.
