Description - Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to procure services to certify Mobile Facilities (MFs) in accordance with 49 CFR 450, International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC). The MF is a mobile habitable shelter that is eight (8) feet wide by 20 feet long by eight (8) feet high. MFs are connected together in a MF complex in an austere expeditionary environment to support Marine Aviation Logistics operations. MFs are procured with valid CSC inspection plates; however, when configured for the mission, modifications may be performed that invalidate the CSC plates.
