Description - Description: Synopsis: The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Custom Gas Solutions, LLC, Durham, NC 27704, fo r the supply and delivery of Cyanogen Chloride (CK) gas in support of chemical agent testing. This action follows a Request for Information (RFI) issued to assess market capability.
