Description - The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals for an integrated lease portfolio management service that would manage all of the activities required for the procurement, negotiation and ongoing lease management for the portfolio of constituency offices across British Columbia. There are 99 constituency offices across the province, representing a portfolio of approximately 130,000 square feet of commercial office space. The number of offices and total square feet is expected to increase following the next provincial election (anticipated on October 19, 2024) to a portfolio of up to 120 constituency offices.
