Description - Description: The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB), a public, non-stock, non-profit membership corporation, issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES to the Guam Visitors Bureau.
