Description - The City of Compiègne had received a spontaneous expression of interest from an economic operator for the deployment of electric charging stations on the territory of the municipality. This proposal, which related only to fast charging stations, gav e rise to a competitive bidding procedure and then to the issuance of an occupancy title through the conclusion of an AOT agreement.
