Description - Description: On March 1st, 2022, changes to the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNASCHG) came into force, which were passed in the course of the so -called Insect Protection Act. Among others, a new ยง 54 Paragraph 6a BNASCHG was supplemented by an authorization basis in favor of the Federal Ministry of the Environment.
