Description - The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Indigenous learning solutions. These Services are required on an “as per need” basis and will only be required based upon the discretion of the City of North Vancouver. The scope of work is to include a range of Indigenous learning solutions to help build the Indigenous relations and Indigenous cultural competency of City employees, the leadership team and City Council. Learning offerings will comprise foundational and specialized courses that will enhance participant’s knowledge of Indigenous Peoples history, culture and contemporary Indigenous issues, and will support development of skill
