Description - Today, the Spelinspektionen supervises lottery draws with staff in the form of independent observers who attend the lottery draws. As of 1 January 2024, the Swedish Gambling Authority will cease to handle this task. In order to meet requirements from the Swedish Gaming Authority, as well as standards and licensing requirements and to maintain public trust, Svenska Spel needs to hire observers from an independent third party, which is why this procurement is now being carried out.
