CONTRACT INFORMATION: Architect-Engineer (A-E) services procured in accordance with PL 92-582 (Brooks A-E Act) and FAR Part 36, are required for various military and civil works projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) , Honolulu District (POH) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
