Description - Description The site of the works is the Cultural Home, located in the suburbs of Harsesti commune, Arges county. On the studied site is the C1 building body in which the Cultural Home is housed, built, according to the beneficiarys declaration, in 1 965 and modernized in 2014. The height regime is P+E. Currently, the state of the building and related installations does not meet current standards in terms of energy efficiency, a fact for which a series of measures are proposed to achieve the objectives of energy efficiency. In this sense, the efficiency improvement project was approved for financing. In order to carry out the proposed energy efficiency works, the following works are proposed:
