Description - NASA/JSC has a requirement for 10 In-suit CO2 Washout Test System (ICWTS-200) Non-Dispersive Infra-Red (NDIR) Units.    NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire these items from CorScience, GmbH & Co. KG., under the authority of FAR 6.302, due to their unique ability of  customization of the CorScience CAP-201.  CorScience offers a commercially available product marketed as the CAP-201 capnography module.  Based on the previously awarded research and development contract, it was determined that CorScience possessed the unique capabilities to produce  and customize the CAP-201 item.
