As Well As Law 5/2003 Of April 22, Which Must Have The Measures Of Prevention Of Forest Fires In The Urbanizations, Population Centers, Buildings And Facilities Located On Forest Lands Or In The Five Hundred Meters Strip That Surrounds Them. Currently The Municipality Has A Municipal Road That Has A Problem In This Regard By A Large Forest Density With Heads That Cross The Road. The Actions Consist Of A Controlled Felling Of Trees Along The Road /Municipal Road That Goes From Galera To Bruguera And To Santa Maria De Merlès, In Order To Guarantee The Vertical And Horizontal Discontinuity Of The Vegetation Above The Road And As A Preventive Measure In The Propagation Of Forest Fires And Road Safety In The Event Of A Wind Or Rains. At Present, The Road Has At Various Points, A Wide Forest Mass On Both Sides, Making Part Of The Trees Invade The Road, Assuming A Danger In Case Of Fires And In Adverse Weather Situations. That Is Why The Felling Of The Trees That Pass Over The Plain Of The Road Is Proposed And Those Who Still Do Not Invade The Road But Due To Their Orientation And/Or Inclination, They Can Do So In The Coming Years.
