Description - Description: The contractor (AN) carries out the municipal heat planning for the city of Hörstel (client - AG) and as a result creates a heat plan in accordance with the WPG, which can then be submitted to the Hörstel city council for a decision. A ll legal requirements, including those of data protection, must be taken into account. Active stakeholder and public participation is still planned. The procedure must be based on the WPG and at least meet the legal standards. In some respects, however, the requirements of the AG go beyond this. For example, a committee of experts must be formed with particularly relevant actors and the public must be involved beyond the minimum required by law.
