Description - Description: It is a prerequisite for the mediation agreements between Sør-Fosen Sijte and Fosen wind, and between Nord-Fosen Sijte and Roan Vind that the state shall provide an additional area as a winter pasture for the two sledges. Based on a rei ndeer herding assessment from NIBIO, the Government is now considering the area Håmmålsfjellet-Sålekinna in Os, Tolga and Engerdal municipalities in Innlandet county as winter pastures. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food now intends to have an impact assessment of how the use of the area will affect other interests and actors in the area.
