Description - Bergen municipality must ensure that people who stay in the municipality are offered the necessary health and care services, including practical assistance. This competition concerns practical household assistance, also called "home help". User choic e means that the individual user chooses who will perform the PBH service. They can choose from among the private suppliers with whom the municipality has an agreement, or the municipal supplier.
