Description - The subject of the contract is the construction of the last of the sections of the north-eastern bypass of the silos. I/11 around the city of Opava. It is a newly constructed two-lane road in category S 11.5/80 (90) with a length of 4.867 km. Part of the construction are bridge structures, intersections, a frame wall, noise barriers, re-routing of roads and utility networks. The building is located mainly in the undeveloped area of ​​the northern and northwestern part of the city in the cadastral areas of Jaktař, Vávrovice, Palhanec and Kateřinky u Opava.
