Description - Description: This call for tenders concerns the acquisition of 3 types of vehicles in 2 lots, by means of a framework contract for each of them. The service put out to tender essentially concerns the planning, production (notably electrification), de livery and approval of vehicles, according to the principle of a structure placed on existing flat wagons (Lns).
