Description - The production kitchen of the Meilahti hospital of the HUS group will operate for about five (5) years in emergency rooms. It is not possible to divide these premises into departments, so-called intermediate products. Intermediate products here mean a pre-agreed food selection of around 200 products, which includes, for example: - milks, juices and soft drinks, - yogurts and other snacks, - breads, fats, bread toppings (e.g. cold meats and cheeses) and eggs - fruits and vegetables, - children's foods, - biscuits and other dry products and - ice creams.
