Description - Description: The Humanitarian Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support project (HUMMEL) will support the quality and efficiency of Australian humanitarian investments and partnerships, with a focus on building capacity for coordination and alignm ent across the humanitarian program and increasing utilisation of evidence. It will expand DFAT’s existing model for humanitarian monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and augment DFAT’s capability to monitor and report on the impact of Australia’s humanitarian assistance.
